(LOS ANGELES) -- The Los Angeles Police Department and the family of Alex Kithcens is asking for help in locating the missing 25-year-old.

Kithcens left the residence where he lives on Saturday, February 16 at 4:00 p.m., according to the LAPD report. He was last seen in the area of 19000 Santa Rita Street in Tarzana.

Kithcens is described as a white male with brown curly hair and brown eyes, is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt. The LAPD notes that he was described as clean shaven, but grows facial hair quickly.

Anyone with information on Kitchens’ whereabouts is asked to contact the LAPD Missing Persons Unit at (213) 996-1800. Anonymous tipsters can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
