You'd think Bobby Brown's latest DUI sentencing would scare everyone around him into staying on the straight and narrow, but not so, it seems.  His brother Tommy was arrested in McDonough, GA, on Friday morning for driving on a suspended license and improper passing of an emergency/towing/highway vehicle, according to TMZ.

Bobby fans might remember Tommy from his appearances on Being Bobby Brown and The Houstons: On Our Own.  TMZ reports that he's being held on $1,805 bond.

On Tuesday, Bobby Brown was sentenced to 55 days in jail after pleading no contest to DUI and driving on a suspended license in connection with an arrest last October in Los Angeles.

Bobby's lawyer said in a statement to ABC News that his client "has accepted responsibility for what occurred last October.  Mr. Brown continues to remain committed to his sobriety.  Mr. Brown is pleased that the matter has been resolved."
